Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction with your CEWE PHOTOBOOK is extremely important to
us. We guarantee excellent quality and service with every order but if
you have any queries please feel free to contact us.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can
return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Once received back we will
happily offer you either a refund or a reorder, to the same value of
your original order.
If you wish to return your order to us, please send it back to us in
the original packaging and use the return label enclosed on the delivery
note with in your order. You can then return your order free of charge
with the Royal Mail. Please enclose a letter to advise us why you are
not happy with your order and how you would like to proceed, with either
a refund or reorder. If you could also enclose your contact details we
can then call you to resolve any issues you may have. We would like to
know why you are not satisfied with your order so we can work to improve
our quality and service for future orders.
Please be aware that the CEWE PHOTOBOOK Guarantee is only applicable
on CEWE PHOTOBOOKS and not other products. This guarantee is also not
valid on orders for more than 5 CEWE PHOTOBOOKS.
